The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and all Agreements: “Client”, “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person log on this website and compliant to the Company’s terms and conditions. “The Company”, “Ourselves”, “We”, “Our” and “Us”, refers to our Company. “Party”, “Parties”, or “Us”, refers to both the Client and ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of Saudi Arabia. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.

No use of Stems’ logo or other artwork will be allowed for linking absent a trademark license agreement.

We shall not be hold responsible for any content that appears on your Website. You agree to protect and defend us against all claims that is rising on your Website. No link(s) should appear on any Website that may be interpreted as libelous, obscene or criminal, or which infringes, otherwise violates, or advocates the infringement or other violation of, any third party rights.

Reservation of Rights

We reserve the right to request that you remove all links or any particular link to our Website. You approve to immediately remove all links to our Website upon request. We also reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions and it’s linking policy at any time. By continuously linking to our Website, you agree to be bound to and follow these linking terms and conditions.

Pricing

All prices are displayed in Saudi Arabian Riyal (SAR) and include Value Added Tax (VAT). Prices may be subject to change without notice. All prices are correct at time of purchase and are confirmed with an order confirmation email.

Product availability

All orders are subject to product availability. If a product is not available at the time of purchase, you will be notified as soon as possible and offered an alternate product (if available), store credit or a refund if you wish to cancel your order.

Conditions of Sale

All orders must be paid for before they are delivered or picked up from our store. STEMS takes no responsibility for goods damaged during delivery.

Returns/ Refund Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase it can be returned for credit within 7 business days. The item returned must be in its original condition and packaging. Please note products that have been used can not be returned. This applies to all products except for flower arrangements.

All floral arrangements undergo a quality check before leaving STEMS to ensure the highest quality.

Each bouquet will arrive with flower care instructions. However, if you receive damaged flowers or a damaged vase, please contact us via WhatsApp within the hour of delivery with photos of the damage. If you are not able to show proof within the hour, STEMS reserves the right to not replace or refund the flowers or vase.

Refunds will be processed through the original payment method and may take 7-10  days to reflect on your bank account.

Please keep in mind that flowers can be slightly different in color or variety depending on availability. Despite this, the overall value and style will remain the same. Some blooms will be sent with closed buds to ensure the longevity of your bouquet so that you are able to enjoy your flowers for longer. Kindly note flowers should last 3-7 days from purchase date with proper care.

After care of flowers is important to increase the longevity of your blooms. If your flowers perish within 48 hours of their delivery date and all the aftercare steps have been followed, please contact us.

Flower Arrangement Cancellation Policy

We require 48 hours in advance of the pick-up/delivery date to cancel your flower order for a full refund. If you cancel after the 48-hour policy, cancellations are eligible for store credit only.

Event Flowers Cancellation Policy

In the event of a cancellation, we kindly request notification 10 days prior to the scheduled flower arrangement service for the event. Cancellations made after this period will be non-refundable. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we appreciate your understanding as we strive to provide the best service for your floral needs.

Events Policy

STEMS will provide the client with an estimate for services based on the information provided by the client. All quoted pricing is based specifically on the clients’ inspirational images provided, the flowers specified and the floral seasonality and costs. Please keep in mind that the inspirational images will serve as an inspiration for the arrangements for reference purposes only and do not represent the final design to be provided by STEMS at the event. Upon signing the contract, the inspirational images and design plan will be reviewed and approved by the client and STEMS.

The quoted price serves as a general estimate and is subject to change. Once the contract has been reviewed and approved by the client, we require a contract to be signed.

Please note, any changes to the floral design or event design within two weeks of the event will require a contract amendment. Additional costs may apply if quantities or varieties of flowers will be altered or if services are added. Changes to the services or design are not permitted (no less than 7 days before the event)

Services may be added to the contract provided there is 10-day notice and there is sufficient time to complete the service. Once the changes have been added to the total, the balance due on the contract will be adjusted accordingly.

Payments

We require a 50% deposit once the contract is signed. Once a deposit is made, we require the remaining balance 14 days before the event date with a grace period of 3 days. Failure to make the full payment by the specified date on the contract may result in service interruption.

Changes

We kindly ask if there is an unexpected circumstance that the client contact STEMS, please note charges may occur.

Any additional services requested during the event that are not covered in the initial agreement will be invoiced separately and must be settled promptly.

Shipping and Returns

Delivery Policy

We require full payment before delivery. If order is placed via WhatsApp please send us a picture of the bank transfer or when we receive payment confirmation from the payment link, your order will then be delivered. Please note order is not confirmed unless we receive payment confirmation.

Delivery for all orders within Jeddah is available at a charge of 30 SAR. If you require delivery outside of Jeddah, kindly contact us via email or WhatsApp regarding your order.

Please note that the online order cut off time for same day delivery is 5PM.Orders for pickup will be ready two hours after the order confirmation within business hours.

Delivery Terms and Conditions

Address Accuracy: Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery addresses. Kindly note any additional charges incurred due to incorrect or incomplete addresses will be the customers responsibility.

Delivery Window: Deliveries will be made within the agreed- upon time frame. While we strive to meet specific delivery times, external factors such as traffic or unforeseen circumstances may cause slight delays. During peak times or holidays delivery times may vary. We apologize if your desired delivery window is not available.

Signature Requirement: A signature is required for all deliveries. This ensures the receipt of the order and confirms the delivery.

Delivery Fees:  Delivery fees will be specified at the time of purchase. Any additional charges for special delivery requests or services will be communicated in advance.
