Please Note: We aim to ensure that the arrangement you receive resembles the product images as closely as possible, as we are working with fresh flowers that
naturally vary in color and size.
– When receiving your flowers, fill a clean vase or vessel with water about half-way full.
– Add flower food to your vase and stir until fully dissolved.
– Cut 2-3cm off the stems at an angle and remove any leaves below the water line.
– Keep the arrangement away from direct sunlight, the cooler the room the longer your flowers will last.
– To help your flowers live longer, recut the stems and change the water every 2 days.
– You may notice some flowers wilting faster than others, remove these as they can spread bacteria to nearby flowers causing them to wilt sooner.
– Avoid exposing your dried flowers to water. Unlike fresh flowers, dried flowers do not require water to maintain their beauty and longevity.
– Keep your dried flowers in a cool and dry place. We recommend keeping dried arrangements away from any space with excess steam and moisture.
– Keep dried flowers out of direct sunlight. The vibrant hues from your dried flowers may gradually fade over time. To preserve their color, we recommend not placing your blooms in direct sunlight.
– Delivery for all orders within Jeddah is available at an additional charge of 30 SAR

– The order cut off time for same-day delivery is 5pm
– Orders for pickup will be ready two hours after order confirmation during store hours.
