We are open Sunday to Thursday10AM-1PM and 5PM-10PM. On Fridays we are open 5PM-10PM
How do I place and order?
You can place an order through our website or contact us via WhatsApp on +966555216881. You may also visit us in store.
Will I receive the exact same flower arrangement as shown on the website photos?
As mentioned on our product details page, we strive to ensure that the flower arrangement you receive resembles the photo as closely as possible, as we work with fresh seasonal flowers that might vary in color, size and availability. If a flower shown in the arrangement is unavailable for any reason, we will be sure to substitute it with a similar flower of the same or higher monetary value while keeping true to the original design.
How long will my flowers last?
Flowers should last 3-7 days after receiving them with proper care. Each of our floral arrangements come with flower care instructions that will guide you through the steps to ensure the longest lifespan of your floral blooms.
How can I cancel or modify my order?
If you would like to cancel or reschedule your order, please contact us via WhatsApp. Please note, cancellations and modifications are not possible less than 6 hours before the requested pickup/delivery time.
Delivery Information
Do you offer same day deliveries?
Yes, we offer same day deliveries. Please note the order cut off time for same day delivery is 5PM. Orders for pickup will be ready two hours within business hours after the order confirmation has been received.
Do you deliver outside Jeddah area? If yes, which areas and how much will it cost?
If you would like your order delivered to an area outside of central Jeddah, please contact us via WhatsApp or Email to place your order and please note that a delivery fee will be applied depending on the delivery location.
Can you deliver different items from my order to separate addresses?
If your order contains items which you would like delivered to separate addresses, please contact us via WhatsApp to arrange for this to be done.
What time will my flowers be delivered?
Your order will be delivered within the time slot selected. Our time slots are shown below;

How much would it cost to do flowers for an engagement?
The cost will depend on the size of the event and flowers used, once we have a consultation with the client to gather the necessary event information, we will provide the client with a quotation before confirming the event.
